jiliz04 reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in Account suspension or closure and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.
Accounts registered using false, misleading, or fraudulent information will be immediately terminated and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-fraud and anti-money laundering procedures.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jiliz04 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
jiliz04 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jiliz04 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jiliz04 support immediately.
You must notify jiliz04 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. jiliz04 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
jiliz04 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This feature is available in your Account security settings and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
jiliz04 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.
All funds deposited into your jiliz04 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jiliz04 reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and suspend the Account if a third-party deposit is detected.

Deposits are generally credited to your jiliz04 Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jiliz04 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit into your jiliz04 Account. jiliz04 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

jiliz04's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jiliz04 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiliz04 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jiliz04 will use reasonable endeavors to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiliz04's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jiliz04 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jiliz04 reasonably believes that:
You may close your jiliz04 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints handling procedures.
